Product Description We will describe the condition of our items accurately and honestly. Occasionally we will have some pieces that are collectible and have some damage, we will note this. If no damage is noted, consider it to be in good shape. We do sell both new and used merchandise. Consider the item to be USED, from an estate purchase unless we describe it as new. Return Policy If you are unsatisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 5 days of you receiving it for a refund of your item(s) cost. We can not refund the shipping charges. There will be a 15% restocking fee applied to your refund. You will be responsible for the return postage and the item must be insured. You must notify us of this before returning your item, either by phone or email. Shipping Policy We ship using USPS priority mail. A email containing a tracking number will be sent to you upon mailing of your package for your easy tracking of your package. Sometimes the shipping quotes you receive are higher then the actual shipping, this is most of the time on multiple item purchases. Should this be the case you will be refunded the overage upon shipping of your item(s). While we do take great care in packing your items however shipping insurance is always recommended. We can not be responsible for lost or broken items that were not insured.
